Seasonal Scope
What we cover, each season.
Scope is defined per season. If it isn't listed, it's outside what we do.
Disposal boundary: ordinary yard waste may be placed in the homeowner's own approved bins, bags, compost, green-waste container, or designated area on the property. Offsite hauling, burning, hazardous waste handling, and use of another property's container are not part of the standard scope.
Compliance boundary: the seasonal scope excludes licensed trade work, construction, repairs, roof or ladder work, hazardous materials, heavy equipment, emergency response, and any task requiring a permit or specialized authorization unless Future Builders separately approves a compliant process.
