Future Builders Initiative collects only the information needed to operate the queue, enrollment, and stewardship system. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect
We may collect:
- Contact details (name, email, phone) to communicate about queue status, invites, and membership.
- Home details (address and related notes) to evaluate service fit, assign stewardship responsibly, and operate safely.
- Membership and billing records (via Stripe) when a homeowner enrolls.
- Operational logs needed to keep accountability and continuity (e.g., confirmations, documentation entries, incident reports where applicable).
How we use information
- Operate the queue → assignment → invite → enrollment flow.
- Maintain reliability through standards, documentation, and oversight.
- Resolve issues, communicate changes, and protect safety.
- Comply with basic legal and operational requirements (e.g., tax/accounting, fraud prevention).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not allow donors to purchase services or direct recipients.
- We do not publish private homeowner information publicly.
Payments
Payments for the Home Stewardship Membership are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process personal information under their own privacy practices.
Data retention
We retain information as needed to operate the membership system, maintain continuity, and satisfy basic business recordkeeping. When feasible, we minimize stored data and remove data that is no longer necessary.

Membership and Foundation
Home care is provided through membership. Foundation gifts do not purchase services or choose recipients.
