The work

What you'll actually do

No vague expectations. You arrive, do the work, and log it. Every week.

01

Be there every week

You have a home. That home depends on you. You arrive, do the work, and log it — same bar, every week.

02

Do it right

Mowing, edging, weeding, seasonal tasks. The scope is defined. You'll know exactly what good looks like before you touch a property.

03

Log every visit

Photos, notes, checklist — all of it recorded after each visit. Your record builds over time and can be referenced by anyone who needs to see it.

04

Communicate

If something comes up, you say so immediately. No ghosting. No excuses after the fact. That's the expectation, and it does not move.

Most people your age have never had someone depend on them for something that matters. That is the whole point of this.

Getting started

Three steps. No shortcuts.

The role is supervised throughout. The responsibility is genuine.

01

Apply

We're not looking for everyone. We're looking for someone ready and serious. The application is how we figure that out together.

02

Train before you start

Before you touch a home, you go through training — standards, safety, communication. You will be ready before your first visit.

03

Build your record

Every visit, every photo, every note is on record. Week by week you're building something tangible — a record you can point to.

Future Points

Consistency builds
lasting opportunity.

Every week you come through and do the work, you earn Future Points. They are not cash — they are eligibility.

As points grow, they unlock increasingly significant support — from tools and certifications early on, to tuition, trade school fees, and startup costs at higher levels.

Worth knowing

All future paths — college, trade, enterprise, service, leadership — are weighted equally. Awards are based on responsibility record, preparedness, and legitimacy of the path. Not social prestige.
